Great Maid Service

| Job: | My family has used Maid Solution for almost 20 years. We first hired them in the early 2000s and they have been with us, now on our third house, ever since! They dust, mop, vacuum floors and furniture, make beds, microwave, toaster oven, baseboards, sills, all bathroom, ceiling fans, glass doors, stair rails, etc. They are pet friendly always giving our dogs a pet and calling them by name. :) |

| Positive: | Their staff has very low turnover and are very honest. Our home always smells great and everything is neat, orderly and dust free after they clean each week. The ladies always arrive on time. Paula, the owner, is very professional and easy to work with. We are very happy with the cleaning service. They do move out cleaning also which they did for us twice. |
| Negative: | Over the many years there have been a few (very few) items that were broken. The cleaners immediately brought it to our attention and have offered reimbursement. We never asked for it because the items were small and easily repaired. |

No fuss, no muss

| Positive: | We've had Maid Solutions for about 3 years and are very pleased with their services. Having had other cleaners in past years (individuals and companies), I can recommend MS for their thoroughness and reliability (2 cleaners). During a visit they do linen changes, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, straightening, vacuuming, floor washing and other touch-ups. |
| Negative: | This isn't really negative but should be noted. We had our previous cleaner for years; so when the new company started, it took several cleaning visits for them to get into the "rhythm" of cleaning our house. They were very welcoming to feedback and requests. I am glad I was patient. |
