Commemorative Brick Walkway
You may remember at our Annual Meeting in March the community overwhelming approved the Hallowing Point Garden Club’s (HPGC) proposal for a Commemorative Brick Walkway on community property at the East end of River Drive known as the Memorial Circle. The Garden Club and Hallowing Point Association (HPA) have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement, as this will be a joint project. Below you will find a letter describing the project, the memorandum of understanding for the project and an order form for you to print out and order your own commemorative brick.
